The Superfan Sale starts on Friday 13th October exclusively to our Superfan list.
Superfans will get the best ticket price guaranteed and first access to VIP, private gazebos, posh loo passes. These always sell out first so avoid the disappointment and snap them up before anyone else.
New for 2024 is on-site camping. In our first year of offering camping we are strictly limiting the number of pitches available. We also love our small festival boutique feel so we are capping the total number of tickets for 2024 so that we don’t lose who we are and what you love about Buzzstock Music Festival.
Sign up below before Friday at 5pm to be sure of receiving the Superfan password to buy your tickets.
We’ve been spending many hours looking at everyone’s amazing photos and videos. What an immense party!
Shall we do it again? We thought we would!
We have been checking our calendar and Buzzstock Music Festival 2024 will be:-
Friday 12th and Saturday 13th July 2024
We’ve moved our dates to dodge the footie fixtures. We wouldn’t want anyone to miss out on England bringing it home and what could make a better weekend than 2 days of Buzzstock Music Festival followed by the finals of the Euros on Sunday 14th.
We are talking to some incredible acts and local bands to bring you an absolutely top line-up, so pop us in your diary. In the meantime have a look at the wicked highlights video below made by the totally fabulous guys at Red Rascals Creative. Buzzstock Music Festival Film 2023
Leighton Buzzard sure knows how to party and we just had to stop the clear up to pop on here quickly and thank you so much for making Buzzstock 23 the incredible, friendly and joyful atmosphere that we had hoped for. There were a couple tears as we stood with everyone singing along to Queen. It was also wonderful to see so many children and teenagers get a chance to enjoy their first festival in a secure environment. We are immensely grateful for everyone’s support and we loved it.
Everyone has been amazing with their kind comments on our social media and thank you for sharing pictures and videos with us. We love them and will keep on sharing as they come in.
We have so many people to thank for their support:-
Our sponsors Osborne Morris & Morgan, Alpha Marketing, Jackson & Phillips, Mike Higgins Website Design and Bee Local Magazine.
The lovely people at Masons Coach Hire are putting on a special pick up and drop off service just for Buzzstock. With various pick up points around the town it is now even easier to join us. You can book your ticket with them here £8.00 per person single or return

Our new meadow venue for Buzzstock Music Festival 2023 for Leighton Buzzard locals who remember, is the older site for Billington Car Boot. It is just around the corner from their current location. A lovely meadow, surrounded by trees and hills and the perfect setting for all we have to offer this year.
With more space we are bringing more entertainment
Tom Smith’s fair will be bringing the dodgems plus rides for the littlies. On Saturday we have a bubbleologist (who knew that was a word?) to wow everyone with giant bubbles. We have our own fairy team creating a magical wishing well for our chosen charity KidsOut, and we have glitter, face painting and more stalls. We also have room for even more food and drink and we will be announcing the wide range of choice very soon.
VIP Zone, Private Gazebos and Loos.#We will be releasing our VIP Zone tickets and our Private Gazebo booking shortly. This year the VIP Zone is nearer the stage, it includes an undercover bar and outdoor area. We also have a limited number of private gazebos to book if you want a base for you and your friends. The VIP toilets have been kept separate in case that is all you want – they are on sale now.
Parking, Pick Up and Drop Off
This year we introduced flexible parking fees. All parking money will go to our chosen charity, KidsOut and you are now able to leave your car overnight. We do still have a drop off and pick-up zone too.
This year’s acts are leading UK tribute artists and we are joined by some local acts too. We can’t wait to be singing along, take a look at the line-up

It was important to us as local people and a local business that we worked with and benefited the local economy, charities and organisations. Here are a few numbers we achieved in our first year:-
We spent £65,000 with Bedfordshire businesses.
Not only that but our concessions and venue will have also spent locally and boosted their own income too. The figures aren’t available yet, but Leighton Buzzard Rugby Club received the profit from the bar to go towards the refurbishment of their facilities.
Many people hit the local pubs before they reached us at Buzzstock (you sure like to party!!) and we know at least one couple who stayed at a local hotel and toured the pubs of Leighton Buzzard and they said they liked it!
We raised £2965 for our charity partners KidsOut, Leighton Linslade Rotary Club and Leighton Buzzard Hockey Club (who stepped in to help at the last minute) from the car parking tickets and your generation donations on the day.
We also donated £717 of tickets to charities and good causes.
We think it is great that having one big party does a bit of good too.
Did we always know it was going to be called Buzzstock, I’d love to say yes but it took a surprisingly long time to reach our perfect name, obviously based on the original of all music festivals, Woodstock. We wanted it to reflect our town but we definitely didn’t want Buzzfest (even though people still call it that grrrr!). It took lot of coffee meetings, the occasional wine meeting and lists and after a particular low point, (Buzzerlicious!!), Buzzstock was born.
We were clear on the look we wanted, however, we were not so good at telling anyone else what that was which is where the genius Kate Marriott of Kate Marriott Designs came in. Bless her patience with us as we showed her widely varied logo types and colour schemes and some how from all of that she arrived at our logo. It was important to us that we were able to use it in many different ways, that it had elements we could take from it (like our speakers and lightening bolt), that it worked on social media, in print and online and that we had choices of colours so that we could update and change year on year. Kate delivered all of that by the bucket load. She worked tirelessly with us until we had everything we needed and we couldn’t be any happier with the results, we love it.
Logo and image decided it was on to our website. Obviously website is all about functionality, it is the workhorse of any business, which is probably why our poor web designer, Mike, from Mike Higgins Web Design must have been tearing his hair out when we concentrated on the picture we wanted at the top of the page. Thankfully he steered us back time and again to the ‘what ifs’ and essentials of making this website work for us. Importantly he grasped our business model immediately and brought his own experience to bear on what our users would require. Clearly we needed to sell tickets but Mike gave us a lot more, a functioning, adaptable website that could grow and change not only through our first year but on to future years. The man was saintly in his patience as we messaged “just a thought…”, “we were wondering if…” and throughout gave us clear direction on what effect any of our changes would make to function and customer experience. He also stepped in on a couple of late night emergencies (caused by us!) which is above and beyond the call of duty. In case you can’t tell we are thrilled with our website but Mike hasn’t got away that easily; we have more plans for 2023!
The Giant Letters
There are some things that you really can’t do without at a festival and for me that is giant letters for a photo opportunity. It was our first year, budget was limited and I have to say not everyone was as keen as me! I finally found something that was lightweight enough to be portable and could be finished in any style. Our 3D polystyrene letters were from expandedpoly.co.uk/ It turns out that if you spray paint polystyrene it dissolves; I’m so glad I did a test! After a bit of online research I found that you could paint them with Weathershield give a waterproof and more robust surface and then decorate with water-based graffiti spray paints from https://montanashop.co.uk/cat/top/1/spray_paints available in every colour imaginable. I was like a kid in a sweet shop when they arrived and the coverage was incredible. Garry made a base for them and I covered it in artifical turf. They were velcroed onto the top which doesn’t work in windy conditions and kids being kids they picked chunks out of them, so lesson learned, there will be a new plan next year!
We started from an idea and these amazing people and services, with huge amounts of patience, made it a reality and we are very grateful.
