Our ticket charity for 2022 is KidsOut. This Leighton Buzzard based charity provides fun and happiness to disadvantaged children.

Our parking charity for 2022 is Leighton-Linslade Rotary Club. Among many events and services, they provide the 'Yes We Can' inclusive sports facility and also put on Leighton Buzzard's annual May Day fair attracting over 40,000 people to our town.

Our venue is the Leighton Buzzard Rugby Club Wrights Meadow, Leighton Rd, Stanbridge, Leighton Buzzard LU7 9HR

Our parking is located on Leighton Road and will be clearly signposted from the town centre and Billington road directions. Parking is limited and you may experience delays entering or exiting the site. Wherever possible leave your car at home. Please note our parking will be on uneven ground.

Arriva Buses offer a limited service via the F77 route.

We are limiting our plastic waste wherever possible and selecting concessions who will join us in doing the same. Recycle bins will be available on site. Wherever possible we source local suppliers to reduce our carbon footprint. We will actively continue to seek ways to improve sustainability in all we do at Buzzstock Musical Festival. We ask that our visitors avoid bringing plastic to our site when possible.

All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult of 18 years or older. Children under the age of 3 are free but will count to the maximum adult to child ratio.

All tickets are sent via email directly after your booking has been completed. Please check your junk mail folder if you do not receive an email.

e-tickets can be printed off or shown on a mobile device for scanning. Please note that only the e-ticket containing a QR code will be accepted for entry. Confirmation emails will not be accepted.

No alcohol can be brought into the venue. We have a fully licensed bar on site for your convenience. Security searches will be made at the entrance to the festival.

1 sealed bottle of water (up to 1.5L) per person is allowed to be brought into the arena. Free water is available at our bar.

Food is not allowed into the festival area. Sealed bottles of water are permitted; these will be checked by security at the entrance. Food for infants under 5 is permitted and will be checked by security.

You are welcome to bring fold up chairs and blankets for your comfort - please do not bring tables, gazebos, tents or other furniture. For the pleasure of all spectators please do not bring banners or flags - large umbrellas or items that will block the view for others.

Disallowed items include:

  • Petrol burners
  • Portable laser equipment/pens
  • Sound or music systems
  • Spray cans
  • Unidentifiable substances
  • Unofficial tabards or reflective jackets
  • Any types of camping stoves or cooking equipment
  • Glass bottles
  • Metal cutlery & knives
  • Aerosols
  • Airhorns and megaphones
  • Animals (other than assistance dogs)
  • Any goods for unauthorised trading
  • Any items which may cause danger, offence or disruption to any other person
  • Any items considered for use as a weapon
  • Blowtorches
  • Drones
  • Fireworks/pyrotechnics
  • Fishing umbrellas or other that will obscure view
  • Flares/distress flares
  • Gazebos
  • Illegal substances
  • Disposable barbecues
  • Legal highs
  • New psychoactive substances (NPS)
  • Nitrous oxide and any associated equipment (balloons, Co2 dispensers, cream dispensers)
  • Oversized lighters

Only assistance dogs are allowed into the festival

Buzzstock Festival wishes to be accessible to as many users as possible, however, please bear in mind that the festival takes place outside and our main festival area, car park and surrounding grounds have uneven terrain. Buzzstock care crew will do their utmost to be on hand to assist with access, subject to their availability at peak times. Our parking stewards will ensure any blue badge holders are directed to the car park adjacent to the venue. Blue Badge holder parking spaces are limited and need to be reserved in advance by emailing with your ticket reference.

If you require carers assistance to attend Buzzstock, your Carer is entitled to a 50% discount on the price of their ticket. You will need to provide a copy of a recent letter (2020 - 2021) from the DWP stating that you are entitled to DLA/PIP.

If you are unable to provide a letter from the DWP to support your claim as requested above you will not be entitled to a discounted ticket for your Carer. How to apply for a discounted Carer’s ticket:

Unfortunately we are not able to provide camping at our venue. Overnight camping is not permitted in any car park or any of the venue areas. The nearest camping is available at:-

Buzzstock will comply with recommended guidelines at the time of the event. This may include proof of vaccination or a negative test. If you, or any person you have been in contact with in the 10 days prior to the event, demonstrates any symptoms, please do not attend.

We ask in the interest of the environment please take your rubbish home or use the recycling bins on site. Please be plastic aware and do not bring plastic waste to the venue if it can be avoided.
