Parking is available on a flexible price. All parking fee profits go to our chosen charity.  There is a minimum charge of £1. Overnight parking is permitted but please book a parking voucher for both days so we can track the number of spaces. Car Park opens

Please give yourself plenty of time to park.  There will be queues.  Our parking attendants are all volunteers from our charity partnership please be patient and kind and donate generously.

Cars are left at your own risk. You will need to book a parking voucher for each day.    Gates are locked at night after closing. The car park will be accessible on Sunday 2nd July until midday after which time any cars are left at owners risk and access will be at organisers discretion.

Drop-off and Pick-up Points There is a drop-off and pick-up point and taxi rank at the venue.

There are limited Blue Badge holder bays please see ‘accessible’ FAQs below for booking details.

Masons Coaches have put on a Buzzstock pick up and drop off service with various pick up points around the town.   There will be stricter checks of tickets and monitoring of numbers to ensure ticket holders get their place.

We are limiting our plastic waste wherever possible and selecting concessions who will join us in doing the same. Wherever possible we source local suppliers to reduce our carbon footprint. We will actively continue to seek ways to improve sustainability in all we do at Buzzstock Musical Festival. We ask that our visitors avoid bringing plastic to our site when possible.  This year we have introduced a hydration station, you can bring empty bottles to fill.  We have also introduced our reuseable festival cups.  Our waste collectors sort the waste at their plant to ensure the maximum amount is recycled.

All persons under the age of 16 attending the event must be accompanied by a ticket holder of 18 years or over. The maximum ratio for under 16 years of age with an adult is 4:1 (4 minors to 1 adult maximum

Children 5 years old and under are free but please book their ticket so that we have a record of numbers for safety.

All tickets are sent via email directly after your booking has been completed. Please check your junk mail folder if you do not receive an email.

e-tickets can be printed off or shown on a mobile device for scanning. Please note that only the e-ticket containing a QR code will be accepted for entry. Confirmation emails will not be accepted.

Weekend passes are now available.  Please follow the check in rules at the gates and ensure your band is worn at all times.

No alcohol can be brought into the venue. We have a fully licensed bar on site for your convenience. Security searches will be made at the entrance to the festival.  Please see Camping for allowances.

1 sealed bottle of water (up to 1.5L) per person is allowed to be brought into the arena. Please, where you can, bring an empty refillable bottles and use our hydration station to reduce plastic waste.

Food is not allowed into the festival area. (Please refer to our terms and conditions for camping).  Our food stalls offer a wide range of affordable food to suit most dietary requirements, in order to ensure the success of Buzzstock and our valued stallholders and in line with most festival selling food, we ask that you do not bring food and drink into the event. It will be confiscated and where possible passed to our charity partners.

Food for infants under 5 is permitted and will be checked by security.  Please also note that for the safety of all, no glass is permitted anywhere on our site including the car parks.

You are welcome to bring fold up chairs and blankets for your comfort – please do not bring tables, gazebos, tents or other furniture. For the pleasure of all spectators please do not bring banners or flags or items that will block the view for others.   We will ask you to take chairs and other items out of carry bags for our security checks.

Disallowed items include:

  • Alcohol
  • Petrol burners
  • Portable laser equipment/pens
  • Sound or music systems
  • Spray cans
  • Unidentifiable substances
  • Unofficial tabards or reflective jackets
  • Any types of camping stoves or cooking equipment
  • Glass bottles
  • Metal cutlery & knives
  • Aerosols
  • Airhorns and megaphones
  • Animals (other than assistance dogs)
  • Any goods for unauthorised trading
  • Any items which may cause danger, offence or disruption to any other person
  • Any items considered for use as a weapon
  • Blowtorches
  • Drones
  • Fireworks/pyrotechnics
  • Fishing umbrellas or other that will obscure view
  • Flares/distress flares
  • Gazebos
  • Illegal substances
  • Disposable barbecues
  • Legal highs
  • New psychoactive substances (NPS)
  • Nitrous oxide and any associated equipment (balloons, Co2 dispensers, cream dispensers)
  • Oversized lighters
  • Paper lanterns

Only assistance dogs are allowed into the festival.

Campsite will be open from 11am on Friday 12th July and close at midday on Sunday 14th July. Camping spaces are allocated on arrival.  Please follow the Campsite check in procedure.  This will be sent to you prior to arrival.

A camping pitch is for one tent and includes up to 4 people over 6 years of age.  Infants under 6 are not counted within the number allowed.  For more people add additional camping person tickets.  eg if 6 people over 6 years of age are using your pitch you will need 2 x additional person tickets for Friday.  For campervans you will need to add an upgrade.

Camping and access to the Campsite, is strictly subject to the purchase of a camping ticket. All day ticket holders and weekend ticket holders not holding a camping ticket are forbidden to camp at the Event or enter the campsite and anyone found in the campsite or camping without a camping ticket will be removed from the Event.
Campers should pitch tents in designated camping areas only and stay out of fire lanes and other working areas.

Buzzstock Festival wishes to be accessible to as many users as possible and to make your visit a pleasure.  However, please bear in mind that the festival takes place outside and our main festival area, car park and surrounding grounds have uneven terrain with some distance to cover to reach the arena.  Buzzstock care crew will do their utmost to be on hand to assist with access, subject to their availability at peak times. Our parking stewards will ensure any blue badge holders are directed to the car park adjacent to the venue. Blue Badge holder parking spaces are limited and need to be reserved in advance by emailing office@buzzstock.co.uk with your ticket reference.    There is disabled toilet facilities on site, these are made for purpose port-a-loo type cubicles.

We will shortly be announcing our charity for Buzzstock 2024

Buzzstock is held on grazing land.  Plastic, sharp objects and other litter can be a hazard for sheep and other animals.  Please take your litter home where possible and use the bins provided.  In the interest of safety for all, glass is strictly prohibited anywhere on our site including the car parks and camping.  It will be confiscated by security if found.

Buzzstock will comply with recommended guidelines at the time of the event. This may include proof of vaccination or a negative test. If you, or any person you have been in contact with in the 10 days prior to the event, demonstrates any symptoms, please do not attend.
