For the purpose of these terms “the event” will refer to any event put on by the promoters.

“the promoters” will refer to the company and its agents responsible for putting on the event.

It is the attendees responsibility to make themselves aware of the terms of conditions before purchasing a ticket.  By purchasing a ticket you have accepted these terms and conditions and agree to abide by the rules of the event and the terms and conditions herein.

Tickets may only be purchased by individuals aged 18 or over from Buzzstock’s own ticketing platforms. Age of attendee is at the date of the event and not at the date of purchase.
Admission will not be granted to anyone who does not hold a valid ticket only tickets that show our QR code either on phone, e-ticket or printed will be admitted.  No other proof of purchase will be accepted.  Tickets are only valid for the date and performance shown on the ticket and cannot be transferred or exchanged to any other date/performance.  The promoter cannot be held responsible for failure to produce a ticket on a mobile phone or other device for whatever reason and you will not be admitted.

Any discounted tickets and VIP passes, parking tickets, blue badge tickets are limited in number and once sold no more will come available.  Tickets may also be made available via competitions, entrants must comply with the terms and conditions published with the competition which will only be open to entrants aged 18 years or over.  Please see our accessibility page for further information on carer discounts.

Ticket prices shall be those stated on the website at the time of purchase.  The promoters reserve the right to change the website ticket price at any time.  Tickets are non-refundable.  If for any reason the event is cancelled an alternative event will be offered within 2 years. The promoters of Buzzstock Music Festival will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen tickets. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to keep their ticket safe at all times.  Any evidence of copying, reselling or exchanging the tickets will render the ticket void.

Cancellation and Refund

Performances will take place in all weathers unless deemed unsafe by the promoters safety team.  No seating or shelter is provided. If raining you may want to bring a waterproof clothing – we discourage the use of umbrellas to provide the best experience for all spectators.  Wellies are encouraged.

No refunds are available. As previously stated if the event is forced to postpone an alternative event will be offered.  Cancellation may be due to but not limited to: Force Majeure,  Government Policy, Local licencing or Restrictions, Death or illness of acts, poor tickets sales.

The promoters shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your purchase of the ticket or attendance at the event including any disappointment or loss or damage, or personal injury due to third parties to you or to any personal property you bring to the venue.

The promoters will not be responsible for damage or injury caused or that caused by third parties or for loss of personal property on site or left in vehicles. We also take no responsibility for vehicles left in car parks provided by the venue or nearby car parks used by customers. 

All persons under the age of 16 attending the event must be accompanied by a ticket holder 18 or over.  The maximum ratio for under 16 years of age with an adult is 4:1 (4 minors to 1 adult maximum)

The promoter reserves the right to refuse admission

The promoter reserves the right to exclude any member of the public who is abusive, aggressive or disruptive to other attendee’s enjoyment of the event.

The Event may be professionally filmed or recorded.   By attending the event you consent to being filmed as a member of the audience. You consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by the promoters and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar events in the future and to showcase the event,  the promoters and their partners.  By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, including but not limited to streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials. 

Privacy Policy

The promoters will not share or sell your data to any third parties for the purpose of marketing or other financial gain or other purpose except when required to by law or for the purpose of delivering the event.  Our payment facilities are secure and we cannot access your card or payment details.  Any contact details you provide us are are securely stored and password protected and will only be used for the purposes of providing you with customer service.  If you have signed up to receive our news and updates you can unsubscribe at anytime by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our newsletter.  The promoters are not responsible for the privacy policy of other sites linked from our website and cannot be held responsible for any privacy breaches or otherwise on these sites and are not endorsed by the promoters.  The promoters will not be held liable for any loss due to third party breaches or negligence.

No glass or cutlery can be brought onto site, in addition, gazebos, tented structures, barbecues, fires, cookers, lawn candles or naked flames and or gas are not permitted and will be confiscated prior to entry. No ball games or similar are permitted at the venue.

No animals are allowed into the venue with the exception of assistance dogs.

You are not permitted to bring Alcohol onto site, this is a condition of our license to be able to provide the festival.

The promoters have a zero tolerance policy on the use of, or the dealing in, drugs on site, including legal highs. Drug enforcement laws are applicable on this site and SIA security is on site to deal with drug offences in accordance with national guidelines including removal from the site, arrest and prosecution.  Neither anti-social nor illegal behavior will be tolerated.  

If you look under 25 please do not be offended if we ask you for proof of age when you buy alcohol. Please bring ID.

Amplified sound and strobe lighting and other light effects will be used at this event.

No audio or video recorders, professional photographic equipment or laser pens will be permitted into the arena.  Please respect copyright laws and the rights of our artists.

Your safety and enjoyment is our number one priority and we reserve the right to update and change our terms and conditions at any time to meet these requirements.

Campsite will be open from 11am on Friday 12th July and close at midday on Sunday 14th July. Camping spaces are allocated on arrival.  Please follow the Campsite check in procedure.  This will be sent to you prior to arrival.

For the purposes of these terms Buzzstock Music Festival is the Event and there are 3 zones;  
1.Campsite – where tents and campervans are pitched.  
2. Festival Arena – where all ticket holders have access and includes our stages.  
3. Car Park – for all vehicles other than campervans in the Campsite

A camping pitch is for one tent and includes up to 4 people over 6 years of age.  Infants under 6 are not counted within the number allowed.  For more people add additional camping person tickets.  eg if 6 people over 6 years of age are using your pitch you will need 2 x additional person tickets for Friday.  For campervans you will need to add an upgrade.

Camping and access to the Campsite, is strictly subject to the purchase of a camping ticket. All day ticket holders and weekend ticket holders not holding a camping ticket are forbidden to camp at the Event or enter the campsite and anyone found in the campsite or camping without a camping ticket will be removed from the Event.
Campers should pitch tents in designated camping areas only and stay out of fire lanes and other working areas.

Gazebos, awnings and trailer tents are not allowed on the campsite.

You should bring a tent that is sized for the number of occupants. We reserve the right to refuse to allow any structures which are too large (e.g.larger than a 6 person tent) or which we believe may cause a health and safety risk.

We will not be liable for any failure to provide any advertised facilities within the Campsite.
 Please note that there is a fresh cold water supply and accessible toilets.  There is no power supply or shower facilities.  Catering will be available in the campsite between the hours of 8am to 11am on Saturday and Sunday morning.
All items are brought and left at your own risk.

You are allowed to bring your own limited supply of food into the campsite on first entry only for personal consumption and it cannot be brought into the Festival Arena. Single ring stoves are permitted. No other cooking or heat sources are allowed including charcoal barbecues.  Glass is not permitted anywhere on our site including the Car Park.

Camping guests may take a supply of their own drink into the Campsite on first entry only.
Allowable quantities for camping guests are as follows:-

Per adult 18 years or over: 8 cans of beer / lager / cider OR a 2.25 litre box of unopened wine for the weekend. Glass bottles are not permitted.
At all times we reserve the right to remove alcohol where we suspect allowances have been exceeded or the safety of you or other campers is compromised. The decision of our security personnel is final.

Re-sale of food, drink or other commodities is not permitted within the Campsite or anywhere else on the site including the Car Park. The police will be called if anyone is caught dealing illegal substances at the Event. 

No alcohol, food or soft drinks (other than 1 x 750ml sealed bottle of water) will be permitted into the Festival Arena. 

Catering will be available in the campsite between the hours of 8am to 11am on Saturday and Sunday morning.  A large range of catering for all tastes can be found within the Festival Arena.

Friday campers will need to vacate their pitch by 11am on Saturday 13th July and Saturday/Weekend campers will need to vacate their pitch by 12 noon on Sunday 14th July.  Gates will be locked at this time and access will be by arrangement with the organisers at the discretion.

We encourage you to please check our website before travelling to ensure you have the most up-to-date information for campers.

The entry policy set out above applies to the Campsite. 

Leaving the Campsite:  Pedestrian re-admission is permitted to the Campsite and to and from the Festival Arena for Campsite ticket holders only. No vehicle movement is permitted within the Campsite without the express permission of security and under their supervision for the safety of all campers. Once your camping pitch is vacated there is no re-admittance and this includes campervans.  Bags will be checked on re-admission to the Campsite and under our usual admission policy to the Festival Arena.


Competition Terms and Conditions

For the purposes of these terms the promoter is Buzzstock Festival and its agents.

Social Media competitions, giveaways and promotions are open to UK residents aged 18 years or over only (“Entrants”),  excluding (the “Promoter”) (and their families) and the Promoter’s associated companies, agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

Any entry conditions outlined in the competition will include the terms and conditions herein By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the competition and those laid out in the Terms and Conditions of the event. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and any such amendments shall be published on the Page.

Only entries received within the specified time period will be counted. To enter, you must follow the steps outlined.

One entry per person. In the event of multiple entries from one person, the first will be counted, unless removed and thus rendered invalid.

No purchase is necessary.

The winner(s) are selected at random by the Promoter.

In consideration of the right to participate in the promotion all Entrants grant to the Promoter licence to use their post for promotion of the event and other events by the Promoter

The Promoter reserves the right, with or without cause, to exclude any entry to the promotion for failure to comply with any of these Terms.

If the Promoter has reasonable grounds to believe that any Entrant has been involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity connected with the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that Entrant and any related entries.

No entrant may win more than one prize.

The winner of this prize is responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the prize as set out and in accordance with these Terms. In the event they are unable to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to reallocate it to another eligible Entrant. The winner(s) may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.

Winners will be announced on Facebook/instagram within 3 working days of the competition closing date. The Promoter will use all reasonable endeavours to contact the winners within this time period but should any winner not acknowledge receipt of their win within 3 working days of being notified the Promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize to another eligible Entrant.

Tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or resold and there is no cash alternative either in whole or in part.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries or votes which are not received or for delays in receipt of prizes by winners.

The Promoter does not accept liability for any losses or claims whatsoever arising out of the prizes, save for those outlined in the Terms and Conditions of the event which can be viewed at

The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion (including altering any prizes) if, in their sole discretion, it is not capable of being conducted as specified. All amendments will be published on the Page.

The Promoter will not be liable for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit, delay or prohibit voting or an Entrant’s ability to participate in the promotion.

If the entry procedure to the promotion is found to have been tampered with in any way, including submission of ‘spam’ entries or falsified data the Promoter may withdraw the promotion at its absolute discretion.

By taking part in the promotion you agree that the Promoter may use your information in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy

This promotion is subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
